- Warranty: All workmanship is covered for 1 year. If your TV or mount manufacturer requires specific hardware, I will follow their guidance.

- Rescheduling and cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $49.00 fine.

- Safety: I verify Studs and use load-rated hardware. For masonry, I use appropriate anchors

- Customer Prep: Have the TV, mount, and cables on site unless you have selected add-ons for parts.
